Not lined. Pleat in back. There are a few small issues with this garment, we found two stains we had to adjust the exposure on the photos to give you a better view. We did not try to remove the stains. They are both about a centimeter or less in diameter. Both stains look pretty superficial, and we are guessing they would come out fairly
