The fabric content label indicates 100% wool but it doesn't feel at all like wool

Plastic patent finish buckle with embedded rhinestone settings in vine design. Wide. Genuine leather belt is attached to buckle end and has adjustable hook on opposite. Buckle measures 2 and 3 4 x 5. 5 at widest points. Asymmetrical design. Leather has stitched edges and tapered end. Opposite end stitched and adhered to buckle.
