Consisting of a silver gilt collar, comprising 32 links alternating between the mexican eagle clutching a snake (totalling 15), a white enamelled X with a central black disc (totalling 5), and a red enamelled cross with rays in each quadrant and a white enamelled ring in the center (totalling 12), presenting a total of 32 links, all plain on the reverse, connected to the collar badge via a
