H." over "L." (Bernhard Haarmann, Ldenscheid) on the reverse, 37. 5 mm). Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, original ribbons, light surface wear evident on the arms of the IC and the reverse of the HC, near extremely fine.
