Grapes were hand harvested between 12. 5 and 13. 3 Baume and processed into 3 tonne open fermenters with 30% of Whole bunches, balance whole berries. Matured in 25% new French barriques, balance in seasoned French barriques for 10 months. An elegant fragrance of red fruits, dusted spice and lifted white pepper.
