A matching Heer Officers brocade and buckle, the former constructed of dark green wool base with a buckram core, the exterior topped by a silver aluminum wire tresse with two machine embroidered dark green stripes, affixed with two sliding bands of identical construction, one end stitched into a loop to accommodate the buckle, the opposite end retaining a hidden brown leather tongue perforated with nine sets of dual eyelets
