Morpho adonis REAL Blue Morpho Butterfly owl butterfly Why butterfliesMorpho adonis is a medium sized butterfly with a brilliant blue metallic coloration. The verso side features amazing patterning in earth tones of brown, white, and orange. It is very similar to the well know Blue Morpho (Morpho didius), but is slightly smaller and the wings are more shimmery translucent. Note: Most morphos are sold without abdomens to prevent oil staining on the wings. Sustainably sourced from responsible butterfly farms.
