Rosi Schuster Dorfkultur Weiss Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Furmint 2023 mauzac-roux this fermented as whole bunchesA blend of mainly Welschriesling, followed by Furmint and Gruner Veltliner. Concieved from small, older vineyard parcels, its name Dorfkultur reflects the communal essence of village grown fruit. Certified organic, its made in a minimalist, terroir focused style: hand harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, with some neutral wood contact but no new oak influence.
