Big on flavour but extremely well balanced

juices stay in a vat overnight for a cool settling down and then are directly filled in barrels by gravity

This is a chardonnay for our time – modish and wholesome

Im passionate about the township of Watervale 5452 and am working with dry grown, sustainably farmed vineyards in the area. With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, its my intention to produce wines with drinkability and personality.
