South facing and naturally protected from cold northern winds, this Grosse Lage vineyard combines heavy limestone, loamy loess and light sand layers over deep subsoils, yielding Rieslings of incredible finesse and depth. Hand picked fruit is destemmed, gently pressed and fermented entirely in large old oak
