Constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered black Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 27 cm (w) x 14. 5 cm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling throughout, in unissued and very fine condition.
